We have leased 4 vehicles at Naples Mazda. Great buying experience. Dean is pleasant, knowledgeable and eager to satisfy. The service department tries hard to be pleasant and thorough, however it is obvious they need to up sell services and repairs that seem to be out of line cost wise. They do not pressure, so if you hang tough you can get the good service you want without the extras.

We had looked at Naples Mazda as well as other dealerships on line when looking for a new vehicle. We liked the New 2013 CX5 on the web and and requested a quote from Napes Mazda and 2 other local dealerships. They seemed to have the most in stock. All 3 responded by phone and e-mail quickly. We made an appointment with Dan G. in Naples and went to see him o Apr. 30/12. The had a CX5 on display outside the front door and while we were checking it out, a salesman came t help us and asked if we were there to see anyone and when we told him we had an appointment with Dan. He went and got Dan for us right away. From the information he haqd remembered from our phone call he got the keys for the CX5 with the options we had talked about and took us for a test drive. Dan answered all our questions and pointed out other features as well as telling us about the advantages of Naples Mazda. We were impressed and decided to buy. The purchace went extreamly well and he helped us with the financing too. It was just what we were looking for. We signed and asked for delivery the next day. When we showed up the car was ready. It was raining and he had it parked under cover clean and with a full tank of gas. He showed us everything we needed to know about the new Mazda CX 5 and demonstrated superior knowlege about this car and the whole automotive industry. He took us for atour of the service dept. and expanded on the virtues of having thge service done st Naples mazda. So far the car runs graet and we are happy with the whole buying experience at Naples Mazda.

Terry has a relaxed, no pressure demeanor and was generous with his time even though there was only a very remote chance we'd buy something as we are Michiganders. I'd like to give a HUGE shout out to Jerry in the Service Dept. My car was struck by lightning while I was just starting to drive home to the East coast and I had to leave it there to be repaired. Jerry has been keeping me updated with daily calls and even sent photos of the lightning burn, damage that I hadn't noticed before since I didn't realized it is in fact what had happened. He's been a real pleasure to work with!!
