I never thought I'd be saying this about an auto dealer, but I have consistently received outstanding service from Naples Mazda. The latest was through the service rep Jerry, who worked very hard to take care of a small problem with minimal inconvenience on my part.

Gary is the BEST!! He made the Sale so relaxed, I hate buying a new car, my son is Sean V Bradley of Dealer Syngery. He is a speaker for NADA, and his company trains car dealerships for internet sales, he runs a boot camp for this so I know what I speak of. Thank you Heidi and Gary.

GARY I WANT TO THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MEETING ME AT THE BUS STATION, FOR HAVING A SMILE ON YOUR FACE, FOR THE HONESTY YOU SO APTLY SHOWED FROM THE TIME WE FIRST TALKED TO THE SINCERITY  I FELT IN YOUR VOICE WHEN YOU CALLED THIS MORNING AND TELLING ME YOU WERE WORRIED ABOUT ME SINCE YOU HAD NOT HEARD FROM ME YET AND AS I TOLD YOU I WOULD CALL AFTER MY LONG DRIVE HOME.  I HAVE DEALT WITH MY SHARE OF CAR SALESMEN AND CAR DEALERS OVER MY 70 PLUS YEARS BUT NEVER HAVE I FELT SO COMPLETELY AT EASE AS I DID WITH YOU AND AT THE DEALERSHIP YOU REPRESENT.  EVERYONE I MET WAS SO NICE, SO FRIENDLY AND I FELT THEIR SINCERITY AND HAPPINESS FOR ME IN THE PURCHASE OF THE MONTANA VAN.  I DID NOT FEEL AS JUST ANOTHER PERSON THAT CAME IN THE DOOR TO GIVE THEM SOME MONEY AND THEN TO DRIVE OFF.  IT WAS DIFFERENT AND IT ALL STARTED WITH YOU, YOUR HONESTY, YOUR FOLLOW THROUGH AND MOST OF ALL (AT LEAST TO ME) YOUR ABILITY TO MAKE A PERSON (ME) FEEL THEY WERE SPECIAL. "Service Shout Out!"

I'd like to give a HUGE shout out to Jerry in the Service Dept. My car was struck by lightning while I was just starting to drive home to the East coast and I had to leave it there to be repaired. Jerry has been keeping me updated with daily calls and even sent photos of the lightning burn, damage that I hadn't noticed before since I didn't realized it is in fact what had happened. He's been a real pleasure to work with!!
